Need a PCE card?

I just got mine a couple of days ago but my computer broke (My mom put a virus in it

) and havent gotten a chance to post on tPF. PM if you need one I'll mail it tomorrow morning.

Can you use a pce card anywhere, this is new to me. I'd love it if I can use it in Madison WI.
