I wrote an email and was turned downed. However, I did receive a PCE card a couple days later but it didn't have anything to do with the letter I wrote.
I am writing today to express how much I enjoy the Coach products. A variety of colors, shapes and price points made me feel as though there is always something perfect for me. A window display caught my eye one day featuring the new Spring Optic line in lilac. I was so attracted to it that I had to go into the store. Unfortunately, I didn’t make a purchase but every since that day, I checked at least twice a month at my local Coach store for new pieces. The Coach website dictates when I go into the stores. In the last couple of years, including the most recent purchase on February 13, 2008 at the Smith Haven Mall, NY, I now have a growing collection of Coach satchels, totes and accessories. My collection also includes prescriptive eyewear. It’s may be a small collection but a refine one.
I was wondering if a Preferred Customer Event invitation could be extended to me. I consistently see them on a popular auction site but always had faith that one would be mailed to me. It would be a privilege and a wonderful incentive for me to receive this invite. I would consider purchasing a memorable first piece for my mom along with a more sophisticated piece for myself. I adore my Heritage Stripe Zip Satchel but I also would like to own the Hampton Optic Signature Carry All or a beautifully crafted leather piece.
I believe that there is always room to be fashionable despite the sluggish economy everyone speaks about.

We do have a Coach Customer Shopping Event that occurs in our Retail Stores semi-annually that is by invitation only. Of course we value all customers at Coach. This however was a special thank you to a few clients for shopping with us throughout the year. We regret to inform you that we are unable to send these invitations out by request.
Though we value you as a Coach customer, the promotional coupons are sent out through specific criteria based on numerous factors. This includes, but is not limited to, the purchasing frequency within a specific store and your geographic location.
Please keep shopping with us, and let us know your contact information when you make a purchase to increase the likelihood of receiving the invitation.
