E-mail notification for gift card?

Hi all - I got an e-mail this morning saying that Coach had sent me the coupon, but I haven't received it yet. Am I worrying prematurely? I got a little paranoid after reading the posts about envelopes being opened.
If, by any chance, it "disappeared" en route to my mailbox, can they look up my account in the store and honor the coupon there?

Last time I got the email one day before it came in the mails so hopefully it will come today. I am actually hoping I get one today, even though I didnt get the email this time!

same here, i didn't get the last PCE either and i usually do. maybe b/c i haven't bought anything full price at the boutique since last year?

Last time they did this I got an email and didn't receive a card, so I guess some one stole it. I haven't received an email so I'm guessing I'm not getting a card.

I was at the boutique today and an SA offered to look up my name to see if I had one coming.....The manager asked her what she was doing adn when she explained he said that its only going to those who shop at the outlet a lot.

Well that means I won't get one this time then cause I haven't been to the outlet in a while. Bummer...

Outlet shopping must be a major factor. I hadn't bought anything from the retail store in 4 years, but had done some major damage at the outlet in the past year, and I got the May and June PCE plus this coupon.

Maybe that's part of the secret PCE formula? I think we'll never totally figure out the rhyme or reason to who gets it.

the last time i did not get a card but got the email. They asked me to print out the email and bring it to the store. Try calling the store and ask them
