Does anyone know what day the March PCE will start?

One other question about March PCE, will they let you use someone else's PCE card? Just wondering since I heard Coach was really trying to make it a more strict event.

I think so, since people have sold them on eBay before...but maybe they are getting tougher?

NorthernBelle - just go to the Coach store you regularly shop at and explain that you're a good customer and are not getting the PCE's and they should add you to their list - make sure you're in their computer system and are accepting mail from Coach -that's been a problem for others on this forum in the past. I had the same situation and I've spent thousands at Coach - they said they will make sure I get the March one.

I heard pce was March 7th also. Maybe they are doing it earlier this year because Easter falls so early?

She's not telling you the truth - do you have another Coach store near you? Maybe you could call and speak with a manager. I have two Coach stores put me on their "list" for the March PCE - not sure if I'll get the card or if I can just go in and I'll get the discount anyway.

I shop mainly at outlets, does spending thousands there ( and knowing everyone on a first name basis, lol) count?

Or do you have to shop online or at regular Coach boutiques?

I don't have any retail stores (except macy's) within a 2 hour radius, but I have 3 outlets!

Yeah, but the other store is big and busy and I haven't bought from there in ages...I barely had the courage to ask to SA at the small, quiet boutique that I've been going to about it

I'm just hoping that someone will give me their card in the card trading thread...or that maybe my boyfriend will be able to find a cheap one on eBay or something

. I'm not the kind of person to be pushy, and salespeople intimidate me, so the chances of me convincing an SA to give me the discount are slim to none

but remember they are there to help you - without you, they would not have a job.

Me - I'm in high-end media sales so you can imagine that I've been called pushy once or twice!!

Normally, I'm fine with not getting discounts especially when its somewhere I don't shop at that often, but I'd never even heard of PCE's until I came to TPF. After I looked at my closet and thought about it, I realized I'd spent many thousands of dollars at Coach and most at regular boutiques (and I am super nice to SA's always), am on the mailing and email lists, buy with cc always so it's easy to track and I still have not been even once offered a discount

- well, I just got really annoyed and looked up Coach's info and just took a few minutes out of my crazy workday to write the CEO a letter about this. I'll let you guys know what kind of response I get. I rarely write a letter, but every now and then some company's horrid customer service just gets to me and I do - I'm sure I'll get a response - letters to CEO's always do.

I went to exchange a charm and a pt scarf i got saturday. b/c they were both in bad conditions and i had been over charged for the pt scarf. well the sa was very rude. i was nice, they made the mistakes not me so why she gave me an attitude i dont know. well i asked about the march pce, i did use the feb one on saturday, i have been getting them all recently. in a very rude manner she told me it was only for people who have spent $40,000 at coach. on saturday i spent over $600, i have gotten over 12bags not including stuff i have gotten for my mom and other people, not including small things. i better get the march pce or i will be very mad. she also said they had just informed the store about it on sunday.?? that seemed weird to me.

Riiigght!!

Sorry that the SA was rude to you - there was no excuse for that. Rather than making up some stupid amount / qualifier, she could have just said "I don't know who will be selected - check your mail"

I think that some SA's take things personally -that's just the ultimate in selfishness. it's not all about them! Sheesh!

I'm sorry you had such a rotten experience and she is so full of you know what! You only have to spend $2k at Nordstrom's to get their preferrred customer status (gives you free shipping and most importantly early access to the Anniv sale so you don't miss the good stuff) so there's no way it's that high of a dollar amount if it even is one which it doesn't sound like it is at all - honestly, what an idiot - $40k at Coach would be a lot of stuff unless you were buying a few croco bags. You should call her manager - that's not acceptable behavior at all.

I purchased one $400 bag at one boutique and got my first PCE invitation. I've gotten them ever since. I have not spent anywhere near $40,000 on Coach handbags. Someone's either nuts or a liar or both! LOL!
