Can PCE be used over phone?

Im wondering if you can use the PCE over phone orders and how would it work? THX!

Nope, you can't use it for phone orders cause they really can't verify if you actually have the PCE card.

If you are in their computer system for previous purchases, they might let you do it. They did for me once. I called to see if they had a bag; I was going to drive the 3 hrs to buy it; they looked my name up to see that I had bought Coach previously and gave me the discount, sending it to my house. Of course, they may have tightened up since then.

I know it's the last day of the PCE, but every time I've ever used a card I've ordered over the phone. My SA is fabulous, and the closest Coach stores are over 3 hours away.

I tried calling yesterday and the SA told me her manager said they are not allowed to do that. Bummer too as my sister got her card on Friday but doesn't have time with the kids to go to the store.

Some stores and SAs will do this for you. I did order a bag with PCE over the phone last year.

I was able to do it Sat w/my regular store. But most of the SA's know me so that might be why she did it.
