it depends.. PCE target different people everytime..
this time target more the outlet shopper.. other time I heard is that if you use AMEX to pay for Coach.. other time would be you shop insanely at Coach.. or you dont shop there for awhile.. |

to my surprise i got a pce in the mail the week before the sale started. i'm an outlet shopper and have only shopped at the boutique once, which was during may pce. i ended up buying a pce off ebay for a few bucks.

I got mine yesterday! Good thing I called them a week before PCE (I was already stressing about it) and they let me order thru phone.

 At least they did apply the discount in other ways, but if someone didn't know to call, that loses Coach a sale... |

I posted this in another thread, but I went to the store last Friday, couldn't decide on anything, waved my PCE at them, and asked if I could either special order the Covertible Hobo or order something in stock in the store on the phone if I changed my mind because I was going out of town and wouldn't have access to a boutique before the PCE was over...and they said NO! I'm so disgruntled, still. |

I got mine after it was over...I'm extremely disappointed..I don't know what is up with my mail lately. I didn't get half my magazines this month either.

How frustrating that some of you got it after it was over. I got the call from the boutique that said I was on the list, but I still haven't received the actual card in the mail, so who knows what happened to it. Anyways, I was at the store today and was talking to the SA and told her that I should have ordered a certain something with my PCE (I want to reveal it later, so don't want to spoil it) but didn't, so I was disappointed. So she says to me, "oh, if you want to order it, I'll still honor the 25% off." So OF COURSE I got it! But the inconsistencies are really disheartening. I'm thrilled that I have an amazing store that bends over backwards for people, but feel awful for the ones who don't. So for those of you who got your cards late, I would call the store and see if they will still honor it...
