I was in my Coach store today (after i called) and the sales associate refused to do a pre-sale, nor would she honor the pce without an invite. I wish a had a more customer-friendly store near me, especially when I planned to make a large purchase.

You could call another store and see if they are willing. Maybe you can order over the phone

just got a call from my store that I should be getting a PCE in the mail in the next couple of days - pretty excited! now to decide what to get...

I called my boutique today looking for a wallet. The SA was going to search for it and wanted to take my info to order it, but I told him I heard a PCE was coming up and wanted to wait for that to purchase it (not that I always get PCEs, I usually don't). He offered to do a pre-sale now! He didn't know me, and I don't know if I'm actually getting PCE or not. Unfortunately, he was not able to locate the wallet. :-(

Another time I wanted to purchase a purse and told the SA I would wait and purchase when I got PCE. She offered it to me on the spot.

Before that, I just asked if I was getting a PCE, they looked it up and told me no, so I didn't buy anything then. I've had better luck being up-front and telling them I will buy this if/when I have PCE. I'm sure it depends on who you talk to though.

I think a boutique is much more likely to extend PCE to you than JAX, and you can get free shipping! You don't have to be close to the boutique or have a relationship with a SA, you just have to find a boutique willing to accomodate you.

Personally, I don't like the way Coach does their PCE. I spend a lot of money on their products and am not usually invited and it makes me feel excluded. That is not how a company should treat a valued customer!
