I'm in Alberta and get them every PCE and have since before we even had stores in Alberta. Mine was in the mailbox today when I got home. I think I may need another Sabrina or maybe a Garnet.

I'm in Edmonton and received mine yesterday. It was delivered to the neighbor by accident and they actually brought it over to me...how nice, hey?
I received one in the Spring also....I have probably purchased about 6 new bags this year, but I'm still not sure what the secret formula is to receiving them, it's a great marketing tool though because each time I've received it I think "Oh my gosh I better buy something or they may not send me another!!!"

with my experience (same with my mom) i got mine after 9 months since i started buying at the boutique and i think it will be regular after that. so my first was the previous one and got my second in the mail this week.

I wondered why they wanted my name and address - I'm glad I gave it to them, my husband was with me and he usually refuses and tells me to, because he doesn't like junk mail, but the SA was so nice to me I gave her the information anyway. I hope one
bag purchase is enough to get one? |

I've only bought 1 bag and given them my info - at the outlets they've never asked me for an address (is that normal?)
