Does anyone know if the PCE for December will come in the form of an email (like the one they sent out of Oct.) or if it will come as a card in the regular mail? I have a feeling maybe they did the email one to discourage the selling of the invitations on ebay and or giving your card away to someone else. The 25% offer for Oct. came via email with the recipients full name on the printable offer.???

I imagine the Dec. PCE will probably come via card. I'm thinking that they decided kind of last minute to do the ePCE to boost sales. But then they've been pushing a lot more for you to include your email each time you buy and/or sign up for the outlet coupons so who knows.

Good question, I've been wondering this too. I talked to an SA the other day about the ePCE and asked if there will be another coming around/before Christmas (even though I knew there is, I always make small talk and play dumb...I always fear SA's finding out I'm actually a well-educated tpf'er

) and she said yes. She said she wasn't sure if it will be email or the mailed card though. My guess is it will be mailed like usual and the recent email one was kind of a test targeted toward shoppers other than the usual PCE shoppers. I would think that since December PCE is probably a huge sales time for them, they probably wouldn't change anything from previous years. If it ain't broke, you know...But if the recent ePCE brought in more sales than previous mail PCE's they might change it. I doubt it did, though. That's just my thought, I guess time will tell! I wonder how hard/expensive/time consuming it would be for them to print peoples' names and addresses on the mailed PCE coupons instead of making everyone's identical. That would cut down on the ebay selling/trading of the PCE coupons, but the people who regularly receive the mailed PCE (who may not have gotten the ePCE) would still get it.

My guess is that there will be a card. My SA told me that the emailed PCE was the first ever, and Coach is still piloting its email program. The store I frequent is one that got chosen to pilot the email program, which lets SAs send out personalized email updates to their customers.

I hope they'll do the printed usual PCE, I was on the ePce list, but I didn't receive the email in my inbox??? and still don't know why. I checked my spam folder and even added coach's emails to my "safe sender list" but still nothing. When I asked the boutique, they said that my name was clearly on the list! So strange, and it worries me now! I do want to continue receiving PCE's!!!

Same thing happened to me!!! I don't rely on their computer system AT ALL when it comes to them having my e-mail address! They are always asking me for my e-mail address whenever I buy at both FP and the outlets.... Just as a test, when I entered that contest a few weeks ago on the Coach website, I used my work e-mail so when I went to the outlet the other night, she asked me to verify my e-mail and she spouted off my work e-mail address, so strange!!

Yep, me too! I am not sure if I was actually on the list, or they just decided to give me the discount. Either way, when the next PCE comes out I am surely going to go in and ask if they can check for my name after the list! I felt foolish doing it the first time, but now I can say "with the ePCE I was on the list but never got the email"

I personally don't think they will because the PCE cards go out to sooooo many more people and not everyone has access to their email often...so i think they'd have better success with the postcards

Funny, I was about to say the opposite! I only check my mail about once a week (I am sure the mail person hates me!) but check my email many many times a day.

I know that isn't the case for everyone, but most of the people who can afford a Coach bag surely have regular access to the internet?

I think they should do both! I seem to recall reading about some people getting their PCE cards late (or not receiving them at all!) and then with ePCE it going to their spam, or also not receiving them (which is what happened to me) so I think there are lots of complications that come with both the ePCE and regular snail mail method.

Either way, all I know for sure is that I want one!

Hey, if any of you get a PCE that you aren't going to use, my family Christmas exchange will be forever grateful! I want to get ma cousine a planner (and apparently her colors are PURPLE)...and since the outlets have been SANS planners lately...ugh, might just hafta resort to FP! I SO love the Tribeca agenda, esp. for her (law student at Northwestern), so who's gonna help a sista' out? :) :) :)
