^^Oh I have asked and was basically looked at like I had horns growing out of my head when I said other boutiques were extending the 25% to those who didn't have the email present so why couldn't they.

I have no complaint about people getting the ePCE discount without receiving the e-mail. I didn't receive one & that is fine. I don't need anything. As far as the extension past yesterday, I wasn't complaining. I really couldn't care less; just a simple statement that things are done inconsistently by the stores.

I agree! This is why people are unwilling to do nice things for customers - they know it will come back to bite them in the ass!

I do find the inconsistencies annoying, and I can TOTALLY see going in and saying you have heard of someone who had something ordered in without paying. But giving a name and store so they can call? That is just ridiculous!

Rodriquez really shouldn't have to explain herself...and certainly doesn't need to be treated as if she is lying or something & have each of her words picked apart! As a PP said, GOOD GRIEF!

here's my problem with rodriguez sharing that information with others online, and i will go back and quote it again if necessary, but others read it as well as i have, that her store "ordered" it for her without having to "pay for it first" which can't be done through the register and as far as i know, you can't "call" it in.

apparently there are different meaning of orders and rodriguez has apologized for the confusion

then the whole extension was brought up by other members which i addressed as well-- mind you that is just a suggestion-- as i see a lot of you complaining but no one really doing anything about it-- and i thought it would be better to do something then nothing but hey, that's just me as i have said

however, the main point and the main point still is her saying something that is not true

and i wanted to reiterate that because while PCEs MAY be extended, while overnight shipments can be waived for free, while there may be invites out to those who didn't get PCEs, while there may be sooooo many "inconsistencies" or "exceptions" (depends on what day apparently to you guys you would alternate between those two adjectives)

NEVER EVER would a store be able to order a bag from jax that isn't suppose to be in their store through inventory for a "customer" to see before paying. and thats what i had a problem with, false information. false information that leads people to think that this is something coach does, when it is not true.

i have given her every opportunity to educate me and tell me how it would be done, but she has admitted twice to not knowing and even said that the word can be interpreted in another way, whatever that means.

to be 100% honest if someone had come into the store and said that, i would want to know which store so i can ask how,

go to any store and ask yourself, "hey, can i order something without paying first?" no cc imprint necessary, no cash down, no nothing-- tell me what they say, because honestly i have never heard it and i know the POS pretty well to know that is not possible, a tender has to be made.

i've said it twice and i'll say it again, i only wish to know how its done so that it is fair. so when someone comes in, who probably has lurked on here and has read that it is possible thanks to rodriguez, and believe it to be true, won't think i'm lying when they ask me and i say it can't be done.

Honestly, regardless of if or not her SA "ordered" it from Jax or from a local store, I really don't think she misued the word. And who knows! Maybe since it was the manager and she has such a close relationship with her the manager used her own credit card to pay for it? If I was an SA and had an excellent customer, I could see myself doing something of that sort every now and then. Though really, I assume that it was just transferred from another store.

maybe! that was one of the ways i thought of in the beginning, if you had only read my original posts-- my thought was that they didn't really order it without paying as she first alluded, but that they either had someone who already ordered it and paid for it, so she will get to see it, or even have another store that already had it in inventory transfer it, or, it would even be coming in inventory.

again, it was clearing up that she didn't actually "order" it herself without paying.

Once again...I think this is just outrageous...to cause such a stir about something so ridiculously unimportant...and yes, it is unimportant because I'm not giving out false information or anything...i just reported my experience...people can take that information and do with it what they want...

i think it's ironic because you're the one that works at coach...yet, you are preaching to use about how we should call up and harass people to point out the inconsistencies...YOU are the only one that seems so bothered...why don't YOU save the day since you are the one that works for the company...you're the closest one to the source anyways...at the end of the day MAYBE my manager (since she is a store manager) knows something you don't...i would just say to you to stop being bothered by this so much and concentrate on giving your customers great service instead of worrying about another store's customers

let me say this for the third time...i don't know where my manager got it from or how she got it...but i didn't ask and am not going to ask...she may not want to tell me and I don't care to know...i'm not withholding information, i'm not being unfair...i'm just being a good customer to my store

but i'm not going to waste my time anymore with this because it is pointless...we all have better things to do with our lives...let's all just let it go

If you are referring to me then you can't read. I did all I could to get it extended to me, tried different stores, mentioned other boutiques were extending it etc. I don't appreciate you coming on here and attacking us that you are saying "are complaining" and especially attacking mrod. It's uncalled for and unnecessary!!!
