Yay! I'm so glad you decided to post up your own collection thread! It's been fun to see them all gathered together, but I also love your separate fashion shoe thread as well . You have such a versatile and useful collection I feel like I should start taking notes. I just start falling into shoe lust when I see pairs and don't really think about versatility. BTW did you ever get your graduation outfit sorted out? I know you changed the dress but is it finalized?

i love your collection, your photographs are really lovely! i think every shoe looks great on you but some of my favorites are the Triclo, Orniron, i die for those pink ron rons, vp in azzuro and your mad martas! eventually i hope to own a pair of piros. i am fairly new to the cl world and your pictures are so so helpful. thanks for sharing!!!

Thanks Stylish! I do try to go for more versatile shoes. I don't go out to nice events often, so I'd rather have more wearable everyday shoes. However, I am trying to dive into the more limited ones these days lol.

CEC, you should be careful with this and pick a very good cobbler. Make sure that they use a similar dye (vegetable dye like Nat said). I think she also mentioned that her cobbler in Fla uses vegetable dye that matches. I don't want to see your shoes ruined!

In order to get my Jade ADs even, I did a little experimenting I used the tiniest film of water on my finger and very gently rubbed the surrounding well colored areas into the bald spots or less colored areas. Very, very gently and making sure that there wasn't a lot of color bleeding. Then I took my Meltonian spray and sprayed them up close, 2 coats. Now, you can't see any uneveness in color or bald spots at all. I'm not exactly recommending this method to you because I'm afraid something will go wrong! I guess I was letting you know what worked for me.

Well I just ordered a can of Meltonian spray and my shoes are at my cobbler's now. I'm going to ask him first for his expertise (not that I don't trust you), and then try your trick! I'll let you know how it goes!!!
