The fur shoes remind me of a muppet! Last year they had them on display in the window of Bergdorfs.

In my mind, M. Louboutin can do no wrong. I would wear any of his shoes on any given day, whatever they looked like! It's just something about those red soles ....

i just saw the new fall collection on display at nm for presale a few weeks ago... i have to say, quite a few of those are hideous too! theres neon pumps with graffiti (could be cute if done well) and these hideous ankle cowboys boots that are pink with rhinestones. ewwwwwwww. even my sa said he was sweating just thinking about how they were going to sell that pair! lol.

I kind of like those also. They are different and no one else would have anything that looked like it which is usually a selling point for me. I think my favs are when he uses different materials or does something so different from what else is out there. Like most of the leather and patent styles you see knockoffs everywhere now by other designers. But you typically won't see mass knockoffs of something like the mohair or the crepe mouche.
