Mr. Karbley you would absolutely make my MONTH if you could find me my missing 'Sometimes' in a 36 or 36.5!!! Heck, at this point I would take the Very Noeuds in any color too...

Sometimes - (lace up sandal?)

Blk:
36 - NY
36.5 - Tysons, (VA) and Boston

Beige:
36 - 0
36.5 - NY

1 pair each for all the above and I would be hardpressed to believe at these low levels as far as placing an order thru our store system.

Very Noeuds - bow peep toe slingbacks

Black, (only):
36 - NY shows 5 pair with Dallas, Las Vegas, Atalanta, and Boca Raton showing one each

36.5 - NY shows 3 with San Antonio and Bal Harbour showing one each.

I hope this helps.

I received a damaged VP with buckling on the left side of the shoes. When I put my foot in, the buckled side folds, thus, my skin hangs on the side of the left shoe. I already ordered another pair. So DH goes to Saks BH today to return the damaged pair. The customer service guy, named Ron, said that he cannot refund shipping on them b/c he doesn't agree that the shoes are damaged! He said that the only way he can refund the shipping is if they don't put the shoes back on the floor. WTF??? He doesn't agree that something's wrong with the shoe??? In addition he has the audacity to tell DH that I didn't get charged tax for it. Getting charged tax has nothing to do with getting charged for shipping for a pair of damaged shoes! What is wrong with Sak's BH's Customer Service???

You guys...., who ever orders a VP from BH or from the locator and Saks BH fills the order, you will get a pair of shoes that have the patent leather buckling on the side of the left shoe.

Good Morning,

I apologize for the delay in getting back with you and this would be a little difficult to give a specific price on but in general our stores charge a flat fee of $50.00 to select countries and a $35.00 flat fee to Canada but this is exclusive of the duty and taxes.

Saks Direct - If you would like your Saks.com order shipped to a select number of international addresses, you can call our toll free number to place your order by phone with a Saks.com Sales Associate. If calling from within the USA or Canada, dial 1.877.551.Saks (7257). If you are calling from other locations, please dial 800.7257.7257.
An estimated delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement. This charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country.
Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. Saks Fifth Avenue cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance, however an estimate will be provided to the purchaser prior to the time of shipping. The purchaser's approval is needed to complete shipment.
If you would like to have your online order shipped within the USA, but BILLED to an international address, please enter the appropriate billing information at checkout.

Thank you,
Russel

I meant to come back and thank you Russel for our own little VIP Saks thread here. I still didn't find a pair but I did find a pair in my size on ebay with a 'slight' mark up of $125. Better luck next sell but I do appreciate you checking for me.

Thanks, Mr Karbley.

I have been buying from Saks online with my AUS billing address, shipped to a friend in the US. But sometimes I think rather than paying for local tax plus the cost of my friend shipping the items to me, it might be cheaper to call up a store and ask for a direct shipping. I have only done that with Barneys because I heard Saks SAs are fierce. But I'll give Saks stores a try soon.

Thanks, again, Mr Karbley!

If you wants Saks to ship directly to you (Australia), don't forget that you have to factor in custom fees which may add up to more than the combination of local sales tax and your friend's shipping charges.

I can't stand rude SAs, and this is the exact reason I only buy from my SA Greg through Nordstrom flagship. If they don't have it he searches every single store until he finds it for me, and he always finds me the best prices available.

I have no qualms about telling a rude person to get me their manager, and if they refused I'd go to customer service myself.

Not everyone is rich enough to buy everything full price, but when you love a brand and spend months waiting until it falls to a price point you can afford, you are still spending. I can't buy $900 shoes because if I did I would only get two or three pair a year. I'd rather take the risk of waiting and be able to get six or seven. Regardless, I still want to be treated with respect. As a young woman I am working to further my career, and as my paycheck grows so will my purchasing power and these people seem to forget this.

Employees on commission should appreciate and be glad for any sale. I wish so hard that I could get a job at Saks NYC. I'd get all the sales. Russel, tell their manager if they ever want to revamp their SAs to talk to:

I have to let everyone know, Russell is fantastic! After spending half an hour waiting for the Saks NY shoe department to pick up the phone, I called him and asked him to help me get the price adjustment on my Joli Noeud Dorcet. He said he'd call me back, and when he did, he had been able to work it all out for me! Like lvpiggy said, Russell has single-handedly restored my faith in Saks customer service (well, him and Sunshine)!
