Hi All,
I recently purchased a Paraty and Sally from Sacoche. I was dealing with Lorie (who is lovely). My only concern being I received both tracking numbers but no courier name. I finally called and was advised that my parcels were being shipped by USPS. After checking my tracking numbers with no hits coming up I decided to email Sacoche and double check whether they were in fact being shipped via USPS. It turns out that they are being shipped by Bahrain Post. I'm a little concerned that they may get lost as I would have though an actual courier company would have been used. I was quoted around 3-4 workings for my bags to show up. Has anyone had any experience with Bahrain Post? Thanks heaps. |

Hey, i live in the UK and i have bought a paraty from sacoche. i have no problems with the shipping and it has arrived about 4 working days. I think the bahrain post only tracks up to the point of shipping and once its out it will be your local post that tracks it. i think you should give it 4 days and then track it with usps. when they send it out? oh what paraty did you get?

Thanks Pekie. I feel better now! Did they ship your bag to the UK via USPS? I'm from Australia so I might check with my local post office in a few days time.
I bought the medium pocket paraty in almond and also the pink beige sally! They were both on sale so I pretty much got two bags for the price of one! Did you paraty come with dustbag, authentication card and chloe tags? |

I think most girls who have bought from Sacoche have been very happy. |

hi miss_cherie...they ship through their local service (Bahrain Post), which then gets delivered through your own local postal service. USPS is the postal service in the US, so you should get your bags from the Australian postal service. I've purchased from Sacoche and received my items from my local postal service (Canada Post) in less than a week!
I was able to track the items through the Bahrain portal up until they left the country: http://tiny.cc/bahraintracking and then was able to track via Canada Post website after that. And yes- you should receive the dustbags and all the authenticity cards with your purchase :-) |

oooh that sounds lovely! i was thinking of getting the pink beige sally but it was still rather expensive for me even in the sale. Lovely items you have got!
i dont think we get usps in the uk.. i think its parcel force as whenever i get international items sent over, parcelforce delivers it. you shouldnt worry too much as from what i remember everyone gets their items within 4 days. The bag i got was packaged in a massive box so that was good and it came with everything.. no need to worry |

Sacoche is pretty safe and their service is perfect!
I bought this September Gemma bag and got it in four working days (I'm in Portugal)! Don't worry you will receive the bags soon!

I just called Australia Post and they have not received my parcels which were shipped on the 10th of October. I was told to wait 3-5 days so I might give it another day or so before I call Australia Post again. I'm guessing the shipping Sacohe uses is a courier company and not just standard post so it should all be ok - fingers and toes crossed :-)

Can I ask how much shipping was to Australia?
I just bought something from the US which was sent through the regular postal service. They shipped it on a Monday and it arrived on the Tuesday a week later. If they sent it on the 10th which is a Saturday, it probably didn't go anywhere until the Monday so I would assume you will get it by next Tuesday of not before. Australia post is very slow but you can track it through their website if you have the tracking number. If it was over $1000 it might take longer because you'll have to pay customs on it. I think customs hold it until you pay then it's sent on to you. |

Hi - you can't order online - you will either need to telephone Sacoche or email them. They can send you through a Credit Card authorisation which you can fax back to them - Obviously if you telephone them - you can give them your details by phone.

Try this e-mail, sometimes they are slow with answering, though!
But buying from them is great! Good luck! easybuychloe@hotmail.com |
