oh and what do you think of the front pocket versus the regular classic satchel? did the front pocket come in three sizes, small, medium and large? and yours is a small? how much did you get this for? sorry for bombarding you with questions but the auction that im watching is ending soon. thanks again

My hubby bought me the mustard paddy. Not sure of the colour name but it begins with a J. Used it tons and now its just at the bottom of the wardrobe in its dust bag. I need to fall in love with it again. Any ideas ladies? Just seems ive gone off the colour :( My best buddy sugested i have it dyed black and then i will use it once again. What do you lot think?

I believe the color is jaune. A yellow/gold. I've never heard of anyone dying a paddy, you might be better off selling it, its a fairly unusual color.

![]() I did try to sell it on ebay and was flooded with people sending me mesages about buying their fake stuff. Gave me a complex as i thought everyone on ebay assumed it was a fake , I still have the sales reciept and i did include that in the auction but it left me feeling that if i didnt sell a fake then i wasnt welcome. One lovely lady wanted it but she couldnt handle the wear to the hardware. She wanted no chips and no rubs but only wanted to offer me less than $500 in Dollars for it. Id rather keep it than sell it for that.Tina |

I know ebay can be difficult. I've had the exact same problems. I'd be interested to hear how you make out with the possibility of dying it. Wonder if they could do it without getting dye on the inside, hardware, etc?

Hi everyone! Just joined PF. I wanted to find out all about Balenciagas BUT I had to come over here because my first 2 loves are my Chloes. I saw this thread and had to bring them out from hiding to play! So, thank you...My very first expensive bag was the Silverado and, you know, 20 bags later I have to say she's still ALL THAT. My cognac 2005 Padd is out too. Thanks all for making this such a fun place to visit.

Mummy24, don't dye your bag. Hold onto it for a little while longer. If you have the original receipt then you should stand strong on ebay and sell it when you are ready again :-)

Id have to buy a mirrow display stand for it as the display cabinet is maple, ebony and mirrored glass. If it happens i will post photos. Just waiting on the furniture to arrive from Italy as its being made there. Tina |

Cute idea - displaying it--also a great conversation piece. Re: the e-bay sale, I think fall will be a better time to try and sell it, but who knows, you may really enjoy the display more than having the sale.
