Why not!? I carry mine like is, but I have added a strap if I have a ton and the kids to carry.
You can get extra straps in any length in any color online. i would attach it to the area that the handles attach too. |

Hi there,
Do any of you use rain/strain repellent spray on your Paraty before your first time wear? I always use the spray on all my bags. As for my Paraty, the leather looks semi-untreated to me and that makes it sensitive to any moisture I'm so unsure if it will change its original color...maybe become darker permanently. Any suggestions would be very welcome.

I used to use spray on all my bags but dont anymore. My paraty got a few rain spots on it the other day but they were dry and gone within a few minutes. I wouldnt take it in bucketing rain but I wouldnt take any bag in that, a little rain doesnt bother me though.

I just use a protective spray too. I've not used it on my baby jaune paddy, but she's held up great - even surviving a drenching in the rain!I'm not sure what paraty leather is like, but I'm guessing if you use the same spray that you've used on your other bags, it should protect it just the same

. The leathers of my bags on which I used a protective spray were treated/processed to some degree (if you know what I mean). The Paraty leather has a satiny-liked texture (not shiny or gross...though). The type of leahter that can easily pick up some oil/strains from normal uses. That's why I'm concerned that the color may be darken permanently by the spray. I have one mulberry bag with untreated natural brown leather and it shows every signs of rain drops or even finger prints.

I'm falling in love with the Chloe Sally Bag, but I've never spent that much money on a purse. Is spending that much money on a purse worth it?
or ?Also, should if I were to get it would I get the traditional color like Black or one of the other colors like purple, green or red? Please and Thanks in advance for your answers. |

Not to my taste i'm afraid - i couldn't justify that much on that bag...I'm not really inspired by any of the latest creations though - sure someone around will like it..:-)

As of colors, if you can try them on, it is the best way to decide IMO.

Hello - I´m in a bag dilemma. I just bought the Heloise Hobo in coral, I really love it, but now I´ve got the opportunity to buy a gentle used LV Mahina L in black - my holy grail bag
. But I can only afford it, if i sell the Chloé Hobo What shall I do? Keep the Chloé or buy the Mahina? (no way to have both of them)?????

Calling on the experienced
I bought a bag off of ebay in mid February. The seller shipped the package ASAP via Royal Mail signature delivery from the UK to me in the US. When I track the package online through the United States Postal Service website it says that the package arrive Inbound International in NYC on February 18 and there has been no updates since then. I've tried calling USPS and they couldn't give me a status. They're telling me that the package doesnt get scanned at each step of the process because of the shipping method used. I'm worried that the package might get lost at customs or doesn't get released for months. This is the first time I've ever purchased something internationally and wasn't sure if this usual/unusual. Is there anything I can do to track down the package or find out what the status is? Or should I sit patiently and wait?!? And if I wait, how long should I wait before filing for a lost package? |
