I think when I saw it it retailed for £600 odd. It was the most beautiful soft leather throughout and I would really like to know the design name. Sorry but thats all I can remember about it. It was in the new autumn winter range at the time. many thanks for any help given.
tootsieface - Hi there - did it only have a ball charm? No other charms like a horseshoe and horse? It could be a Kerala - but they'd normally have the horseshoe and horse - I'm just asking to make sure re the charms -

Many thanks, darling . But I´m not a fan of the Mabel though I love the classic Mulberry styles (Bays and Roxy...).

Yeah after I posted it I wondered what I was thinking . The belt around the middle of the bag does my head in a bit.

I don't know what everyone else said about you dilemma but I think you should wait for your betty. At least say give it a year? The only reason I say that is when I have been in a similar situation and bought something else, I have still wanted the one I truly loved but I have spent even more money on the way to getting it

Sounds like you need a fix!!! Didn't I see you on RM - they have some great cheaper bags. I just got a mini nikki and am pretty happy with it - well until it starts falling apart

Also I am a bit biased because whilst I don't mind the paraty and heloise I don't love them so I can pass them up. I know I am brave to say it, but the way the leather is wrapped up the sides from the bottom of Heloise reminds me of a nappy......or is that because I have been up to my ears in nappies fo the past 3 years??

Default Am I crazy?
I have had this large paddington tote forever now and never use it. She is truly gorgeous though. She's just waaay to heavy for me. So, it finally dawned on me today. Should I add a long strap so it can be worn messenger? I think this bag would be perfect for that. Let me know what you ladies think. Do you have any ideas where I could get it done, or how it could be done? There are no clasps or hooks on the side to attach a strap, they would likely have to be added. Let me know! I'm kind of excited!!

I love this style paddy and the colour is gorgeous....if you are not thinking of selling it than having a professional add a strap is a GREAT option.

I'm sure you aware that tampering with it will greatly reduce the re-sale value!

i agree - if you love it and would never sell it, a cross body strap is a great idea. You wouldnt even have to make the strap permanent, just the rings either side to attach the strap to.
