HELP! Chloe Paraty left clasp came off!!!

Chloe.com just reviewed my paraty pictures & verified it authentic!! I knew it the whole time, but the zipper ring pull falling off scared me.

What great service & nice to know they will help you!

That s a great news!

Did they ask you to send back your bag to have it fixed?

So sorry this happened to you! I'm a big fan of paratys. I have only one left, and I'd be devastated if something like this happened . I am very glad to hear that CS is being very attentive to what happened. Good luck! She will be as good as new soon, hopefully!

Mine is fine now - the inside zipper pull ring came off once & I reattached it & it seems tight & fine now - my main concern after that happened was that it was authentic because you don't expect an expensive bag to have issues. I was glad for the reassurance!

Yay.... the "pin" and the crossbar is on its way to me! They even sent me the Fed-Ex 2 Day tracking number!

There is a Chloe in South Coast Plaza. But you will like the Las Vegas boutique, they are super nice.

omg! i never expected this could happen! but im happy for the very good after sales service of chloe

but how will you attach the new cross bar and pin? just stick it in the metal part attached to the tab?

Hey girl! Help needed here!

I just got my Paraty from HGbags as well. It has a strong leather smell which makes me a little iffy about its authenticity. Is this the same case in your bag?

I would NOT questions the authenticity of HGBags. Erica only sells authentic bags, as I have bought many from her.

A strong leather smell on a bag is a good sign. Good leather has a strong leather smell to it. I heard that if it is cheap leather, there is a chemical type smell to it.

I love the smell of my paraty!

I have bought two chloe bags from HGBAGS last month, a Paraty and Marcie. There is no doubt they are authentic.
The bags smell differently from each other. Perhaps because of the difference in the type of Leather used.
You have made a good choice in purchasing a paraty. Classic and elegant.

Hello everyone,

I sent my medium Paraty to NY - Chloé Customer Relations to get the side bar fixed. It only took less than 2 weeks and my bag is back, in a perfect condition!

I know a bag with such a price tag should not breakdown in the first place, but it happens. I only had to pay for the shipping fee, as Chloé Customer Relations says the bag is under warranty, thus the repair was free.

Also, I'm sure the bag was authentic (I bought it from HGBAGS)... Chloé Customer Relations never questioned it. I did attach the Chloe Carte D'Authenticite card along in case if they questioned my bag.

Despite the initial shock from , I'm a very happy Chloe bag owner again!
