There was quite a saga with the Chocolate Heloise - 2 bags - 8 handles that all came loose at the insertion of the leather and cork into the brass cup. Both were S/S 2009. So Chloe Bal Harbour had a brand new current season (officially Brun) Heloise shipped direct from Paris and it is, in fact, PERFECT.

I have also fallen madly in love with the new Paddington with shoulder strap and now have tan and black. My SA is holding Rock and Brun for me while I try to decide on a third, any recommendations???

Congrats on finally receiving your Heli. That's a really lovely deep shade of brown. Have fun with your new bags! Btw, I love rock.

Thank you ladies! I went ahead with Brun for my last shoulder strap Paddy, yum, can't wait until it arrives. Now I am done, done, DONE! Seriously.

Oh and by the way, insanemaryjane, I see you are toying with RUBY. You will NOT be disappointed. It is gorgeous. I did sell my Ruby Heloise, but only because it was just a big bag for that color, for me anyway, I am pretty much a neutral gal. It would be perfect on the Heloise Satchel IMO.

I love both of them. I am espcially fond of the chocolate colour on Chloe bags. The paddy is also gorgeus. I think now we might have same bags if you are getting the brun paddy. I think that is the colour on mine. Anyways congrats! They are lovely!

Yes MissEvil, your bag was what tipped me over the edge toward Brun! Chloe does chocolatey colors like nobody else!

Me too. I saw them 1st on Nordstrom.com and then called the Chloe boutique I usually buy from in Bal Harbour, Florida. So far it comes in black, brun, tan and rock. The strap is super comfortable on the shoulder and cross body.
