Firstly I apologise - I wrote this earlier in the advice/opinion thread but I am quite desperate for opinions as the listing ends soon and I thought I might get a better response in a new thread......(sorry Lescoy for 'double posting' but I am unable to 'edit' my previous post)...

Hi - I am in two minds as to purchase a Chloe in 'roche' (from 07)

I do think it is difficult to tell sometimes what the exact colour may be just from an ebay listing!

Ideally I want a bag that I can wear in the evening with a lot of 'black-based' clothing but I thought that maybe the roche could be 'multi - tasking' and be worn with black but also other colours. The photos show it quite browny/green but I was hoping it was more of a grey based green and would go ok with most colours??

If anyone has this colour I would appreciate your comments!

its a good grey colour with a hint of brown i think :-)

Apparently Roche is an elusive color.
this might give you a better idea of the color

Roche is "rock" in French, and it is middle grey with brownish undertones. Good neutral that can go towards warmer colours and black and cooler colours, too, I think.

thank you!!! I'm hoping it's pretty neutral as I've put my final offer in!!! does look a bit more browney than I'd hoped .....but maybe I'll need another colour as well...

here's a pic of my roche edith - no longer with me. It is kind of a mushroom color. So a mix of grey/taupe/brown - not really green. It is a true neutral.

Here is a picture of my Roche Bay hobo. It reminds me of a greenish stone color. My hang tag says Roche.

well, I can safely say that the colour roche varies somewhat!!
I shall have to do a reveal when she comes!!!!!

^^It must be like OR (the gold color) - I've had 3 bags that said OR and all three were different colors.

It seems to be, I have a Roche Paddy and its nowhere near a similar colour to either the Edith or the Bay!!
