Today I was switching out my dove (2012 with the new cellphone pocket) to my wood paraty (no cellphone pocket) and noticed that my dove strap was longer then my wood. To those of you who own more then 1 paraty, have you noticed this with your straps as well?

Hi! I was wondering about the same thing. My black paraty which i bought last Dec 2011 (no cellphone pocket) has a shorter strap than my recent purchase (odalisque pink & with cellphone pocket) I prefer the shorter strap;-(

i tried on a black 2012 paraty. the strap is definately longer by a few inches. it is perfect to wear crossbody - looks great! my caramel paraty with shorter strap is a bit tight crossbody. but...i like the shorter strap when worn on shoulder & how it looks hanging down while carrying with the handles.

one thing i noticed & loved about 2012 paratys was that the leather was very soft & smooshy & still pebbled leather. the black one was softer & nicer than the black one that i sold from 2011. i also love the newer cellphone pocket inside.
