Problem with padlock. What do I do? Fixing and Buying Replacement Lock and Key

Have a read of the whole thread - theres alot of useful info in here. I emailed Chloe direct to ask about a replacement lock for my paddy clutch, they cc'd me into an email to the Asian Head office to find one. Both ladies replied to me to say their were looking into it.

About 2 months later one arrived in the mail for me. They didnt ask for my receipt - i had mentioned that i had bought it at the main department store in my city. They just wanted a photo of the bag. They sent me a lock and the strip of leather and screws - i put it together myself. I was expecting to be charged for it but got it for free.

Try Chloe first, then maybe ask at the various boutiques, someone local might be able to help you. The colour wont matter, they can send you the strip of leather if you know the colour.

Yes, i did buy a key thru Chloe boutique. It's not free. They charged me $50 for the key and $15 for shipping, (I still have the receipt I bought from them, but still have to pay extra). But some Chloe store asked you to send the whole bag to them insured both way. It's suck
