About 2 months later one arrived in the mail for me. They didnt ask for my receipt - i had mentioned that i had bought it at the main department store in my city. They just wanted a photo of the bag. They sent me a lock and the strip of leather and screws - i put it together myself. I was expecting to be charged for it but got it for free. Try Chloe first, then maybe ask at the various boutiques, someone local might be able to help you. The colour wont matter, they can send you the strip of leather if you know the colour. |
