Has anyone found a way to get a replacement lock if purchased bag on eBay? I have been told by Neiman Marcus and three different Chloe boutiques that you have to show you purchased from a retailer in order for a lock to be ordered.

theres a thread somewhere on here, but basically you have to take the screws out of the bottom and realine the small spring with the little plate! then put it back together and it should be ok?

I recently found a camel colored Chloe Bay Shoulder Bag at Last Chance in Phoenix. For those who may not know, Last Chance is the end of the line for all things Nordstrom as well as any merchandise that is returned to any of their stores from across the country. I could not believe my luck--this was EXACTLY the purse that I have been coveting!!!! However, all sales are final at Last Chance. Unfortunately the bag is missing three of its four zipper pulls AND missing one side of the magnetic closure at the top of the bag. I felt that I was really taking a chance buying it. But I didn't want to leave my dream bag there where she could have gone home with someone who didnt appreciate her. So I coughed up $270.00 and crossed my fingers. Does anyone know who I need to call/email/plead with to get the pieces that i need to make my Bay bag whole again?
Thank you!!! |

A reputable cobbler should be able to help or point you in the right direction! Good Luck!

you may be able to get one from chloe but you have to have your reciept! and i think they are about £200!
i would take the padlock apart and realine the sping inside! |

If you want to try fixing it yourself, there is a great post here: Padlock Repair: Anatomy of a Padlock
aschih is very talented and wrote a guide for how to fix the padlocks!
