One of our fellow PFers, handbagrehab was able to send for a replacement lock for a bag she purchased on ebay. Why don't you pm her, I'm sure she will have the details. It was $100.

pharmdchick, i hope you manage to find a lock in the color that you need from NM! if not, i too lost a lock awhile ago (except on the paddy clutch, it was so tiny i didn't realize when it broke!). i contacted the chloe boutique and was told i had to talk to the brand manager instead of an SA. she called me back a few days later when she got back from vacation and said i could order a replacement lock, so you can definitely get one from them!!

I know you can buy replacement locks from Chloe, you may want to call a boutique and inquire. I bought a couple from the Chloe SCP in the past. They are pricey though.

I think it dont give a boutique in hamburg (germany).
how much costs the padlock with a key?

hi everyone... im new but i have a problem and hopefully you ladies wouldn't mind helping me. i was out last night with my black paddington clutch and i lost the lock on it, don't know it happened but i looked all over the bar/my car and couldn't find it.

has this ever happened to any of you? and is there anything at all that can be done? either by contacting chloe or i purchased it from net-a-porter, would they be able to help me? the bag just looks so sad now without the little lock so i really hope there's some way to fix it!

thanks for any help you can offer me!

I think you can order (pay for) a replacement lock. I would contact net a porter to confirm this.

Yes, If you bought it at a retail store or online, the company should help on this one, otherwise, call the Chloe boutique near you, (see the "I lost a foot off my chloe" thread) and they can help you order a new one!!!

do you have to purchase a bag from NM or NAP in order to get the lock? What if you ordered it from BlueFly or aloharag?

i just asked NM and they don't replace locks. they said to contact the store where you bought it and they may be able to, or contact chloe.

I can't help you with the replacement, but I have one of the large wallets and the lock constantly falls off it, so much so that it's just tucked inside the wallet now, I daren't use it.

I'll have to keep more of an eye on the padlock on my clutch now too
