Well I did have a budget but then that kinda went out the windo though! I must say though I did return some so haven't kept them all. Re first in line well it was weird as the sale starts at 10 and I got there 20 mins before and I was first in line!!!!! 10 mins later the queue was almost a mile long! I guess I just got lucky. Anymore? well after picking up Chloe Babes Betty I so want one now so on the hunt for that one! Then I will stop for 6 months - have to!!! Your Celine pony is a gorgeous bag - defo one in a mill.

You would never believe but people que up outside Selfridges 5am that Boxing day and store opens at 9.30!!! I got there by 11.00 and it is already too late. I'm curious how you use your bag in front of your hubby? Does he not realise that you have all these bags and how much they cost?? My BF is very shrew as he knows majority of brands eg Chloe etc, I am not sure how I'm going to bring my bags out!!

^^^ It's so much better when hubbies have no idea how much they cost. Unfortunately, my hubby is getting educated slowly as the bills come in.
Back to the subject - Invenio - I would call a Chloe boutique. If one is not available in your area, I would call one in a nearby country. Retailers should help, however, imho, I think it's prudent to deal with the boutique themselves. Did it fall off due to defect? If so, you may want to contact the retailer you bought it from. Some of them have great return policies and will replace it. |

Balenciagalove, thanks for replying! There's no Chloe boutique around here, so I went in to Onpedder yesterday. Apparently they've had numerous complaints about the tiny lock falling off the clutches and wallets and so have a standing order with Chloe. I'm getting it replaced for no charge, which is really nice! :)

I thought I would stop by to tell you about the ongoing saga of my padlock
Over 2 months later I have had one email from NAP to say they had sent it back to Chloe and despite me emailing them on a regular basis I have not recieved an email update from them. I know its been the holiday season but surely Chloe can repair or replace the padlock. Yesterday i wrote to NAP and said just give me back my padlock and I'll glue it shut. As yet no reply

That is going to be next approach
The thing is I got it on sale nearly for a third of what I would pay for one usually so I do'nt want a refund. But I need that PADLOCK I have a daughter who is passionate about fashion and when I buy things I think about her using them in the future and loving and appeciating them just as I do. The Chloe is a legacy to her not to be too dramatic and damm it it need a padlock

I once had my khaki 05 padlock chip and expose the silver interior and contacted Aloha Rag for a replacement. They sent it to Chloé Paris and within 1 month I had it back. In hindsight, I shouldn't have bothered since the locks chip easily anyway but I just have to mention the great customer service I always get from Aloha Rag.

Kate - if all else fails (especially with NAP and they will charge you regardless), try this.... VERY CAREFULLY!
Please do not try it if you think it might wreck your lock! I definitely agree that you should claim on your warranty first! As gently as possible, insert the key and turn it as though unlocking the padlock, even if the padlock is already unlocked. Hold the key twisted with one hand and try to reinsert the padlock bar back into the hole. Push and hold the bar in the hole and gently release the key so that the inner mechanism closes around the bar. I hope this makes sense... |

I took the padlock off my bag today, so it wouldn't bump around, but now its permanently open - it won't shut/lock. Does that make sense. I'm really really upset. has this happened to anyone else. How can i make my padlock lock again - this is the second time i've used it. Did i turn something the wrong way :( After spending all that money i'm so upset it happened after 2 days.

Your Seller has other muscade bags listed. I would request that she arrange a replacement/trade with another lock AND key. Sometimes the keys aren't interchangeable. Then she can deal directly with her supplier to get your broken one repaired or replaced. |
