I just spray all my leather bags with waterproofing spray and it's good to go Means I can literally get them soaked and they dry out perfectly. I've never taken my Chloes out on a heavy rain day though just in case, but I have done it with more delicate leather bags and they've been fine My Chloes are obviously my favourites!

And what waterproofing spray are you using?

It's an Australian one...Mimco sell it in their boutiques only, but I've heard some people say that it's the same ingredients as the Waproo spray, which is an Australian/New Zealand brand. The mimco spray is designed to be used on vegetable dyed lambskin leather, I think it the most fragile leather bag I own! I treat all my bags with that spray as if it doesn't affect the vegetable dye, it won't affect normal dyes! I was in love with Mimco before I got my first CHloe though, I follow Mimco's instructions to the letter with all my bags...

http://www.mimco.com.au/Article/productcare/index.aspx has the explanation for how to care for their bags, but you can't buy the spray through their site unfortunately.
I think you can just go to a shoe or leather repair place and they will have a really gentle safe spray you can use. I've stuck my bags under the tap after spraying and they dried fine!

Haha, I posted pictures when I did it to my BBag mirror.

BBags and Water - the scientific test - stick it under the tap!

Because I never use the mirror you get with BBags, thought it was the perfect opportunity to test how well my waterproof spray worked. I'm gonna take my BBag to the UK, and I know for sure it will rain! Wanted to see how it handled it.

I might do pics of me attacking my Chloes with water if I find time.

What a gorgeous collection! Has anyone shopped at Diabro before? Any issues with Authenticity at all? I noticed they don't really accept Returns unless there's a defect. Many thanks!
