Yes, ma'am I did. Black plexi paddy, last one at Nordies. Should be interesting to see what the 08 leather looks like. HOnestly NOT a color I was "looking for", but one can always use a black bag, and I don't really have one I love at the moment...

Oooh, you should post pics of the black plexi when you get it, I haven't seen one before! Black goes with everything, very versatile, such a great buy

Ah, all kinds of insane things are going wrong with my bleu nuit bag. It all started when I received the "pristine condition" bag with 2 broken handles. I hate eBay right now, it's all going pear-shaped. I opened a SNAD with paypal for the bag, and I had to open a NPB on ebay for something I'm selling.
There has to be an easier way to make some extra cash! I could always stop buying bags, but thats a last resort

Aha Mahogany must have been the one I saw at Sloane Street Chloe last week. Much nicer IRL than the picture on Diabro, and the one they had out on show was very soft and squishy, but then I don't have an 05 to compare it to. I stroked it and sniffed, the poor security guard must have thought I was loopy but they left me alone since I had just bought another paddy.

Nothing happens to the NPB as I can't leave negative feedback She finally responded to me (2 weeks after the auction end) and said she'd pay in the next few days - I hope she does. Or maybe she will have more "computer problems"

The broken handles are killing me!!! The seller is now saying she can't refund unless I close the dispute No way am I closing this dispute - she's been pulled from eBay, this is the only way I can get my money back.
One of the broken handle pics attached. I'm actually having to hold the handle together - the sealant is splitting quite far up I could maybe get it repaired, but I really need the partial refund to repair it. Otherwise, I could repair it and she demands I return it for a full refund. Argh I hate eBay. She sells for other people and claims she never noticed the handles....

Black plexi.. I don't have a clue when it will get here. It had a broken lock, so a new lock supposedly has been shipped from Chloe to Nordie in MA. The bag itself was shipped from another Nordies, I have no clue where. So they will arrive separately, and whenever they get here, I guess.
I saw your Nuit pix on ATC. Those handles did not look good. And eBay actually kicked the seller OUT?? Well... I'm shocked. Suprised they will really still do that anymore since they have become so pro-buyer. Do you have a place locally that can fix it? Those blue threads ought to be interesting to try to match!
I cannot believe you cannot leave neg feedback on a NPB. That's insane. I have NEVER bid on anything and not paid w/in 24 hrs. I normally pay IMMEDIATELY unless I simply cannot be in front of a computer. eBay is going to choke it's own throat..... as one CANNOT have buyers if one does not have SELLERS. Ebay has gotten way too big for their britches!

Thanks Ellie Mae I'm so worked up over eBay at the moment - trying very hard not to think about it all and just being content with the other bags I have. I have very little hope that I will even be able to match the blue thread on this bag - not sure what I'm going to do with it. I think I'm going to ask to do overtime at work or something, just to take my mind off things

Sorry to hear that your black plexi lock got broken, but I'm glad that they are replacing it for you! Hopefully they both arrive on the same day so your paddy doesn't look too bare when you get her! I'm sure she will be worth the wait My next Chloe will either be a bay or a plexi paddy...can't decide. It will take a while to save up though, so plenty of time to make my decision!.

take it with you to a craft shop and match up the bags thread, i did this onece with a bag and when i had fixed it it never noticed! you need to get a quite thick thread and a leather needle!

if you want to keep it that is....

if not carry on with the dispute through paypal, the seller has only so long to reply to this, ship it back for a full refund and follow paypals directions!
DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE shes trying to scam you!

Hi qwerty, sorry about your woes. I don't mean to worry you more, but if she has been kicked off eBay, how can the dispute still affect her? I would really think about keeping it and repairing like mad bags said, blue nuit is a really beautiful colour.
If I were you, I wouldn't close the dispute,but would press again for a partial refund, just enough to cover cost of repair. It's hard to win against people like this as they have no morals and it's good to never under estimate them.
I have a few cases where I bought things and that weren't right and the sellers are so mean about it. One person sold me a bag, where one handle wasn't attached at all! and didn't even mention it, then got nasty when I complained about it!
eBay is a risk, it always depends on how honest the other person is.

Yes, this bleu nuit is a nightmare. I want to use it, but can't until I repair it, or I'll tear the handles more. But why bother repairing if if Paypal needs me to send it back? The original stitching holes are still in the leather so all I'd need is the right thread...but I want to wait and see what happens with this paypal thing.

So it sits in the wardrobe until this whole paypal claim is resolved. Yeah, it's a claim now. I called paypal and said, ooh seller posted in the dispute and keeps sending me emails saying that I need to close the dispute before she can refund me....the paypal guy got mad! He was going mental! calling the seller a "scammer, dirty scammer, trickster, thief"!!! Saying she was trying to "hoodwink the good guys" and that he felt so sorry for me, he would escalate to a claim right away and have paypal take care of it all. Telling me paypal can send sellers to jail
He was very worked up about it, so I'm glad he's working on it! He has the energy for it at least!

I feel kinda bad for the seller...she's been removed from eBay and now has claims against her? I just want to use my bag though and didn't see any other way of getting a full or partial refund after she disappeared for days.

dont feel bad she should try and sort it out!
i got scammed with a phone and a bag once and paypal refunded me like half of the money in the end, they took no futher action against the sellers, so sending them to jail is rubbish!
