My gold bowler is going back to NAP because it has a fault, so I havn't yet been able to use it. Just wondering if anyone else has been getting a lot of use from theirs?

What fault have you found on yours just out of interest? Maybe mine's got it too...

I haven't used mine either (but I wan't really expecting to yet...) and I've only used my aubergine paddy 3 times. I plan to use mine more on weekends... but lately I have been stuck at home with things to do...

I like to swap and change my bags around a lot... so sometimes it's a while bewteen wears anyway...

Dear Angora:

The fault is that there is bronze paint on the handles in two spots - it's really noticeable, but I didn't see it at first, as I was blinded by love, hehe! The paint is in stark constrast to the gold background, as it's a reddish-bronze colour - it looks like the same 'paint' used on the sides of the handles, where they are sealed. AND THEN - I noticed on Sunday that my Abergine has started to peel! Silver paint has been revealed underneath a small area on the side of the bag - and I only used it a couple of times! I've emailed NAP and they are going to exchange the bags, phew. I hope there aren't any problems with the new ones!

^ I was worried there thinking that you were going to end up with nothing after your problems with the aubergine....

I wonder what they will do with your aubergine now that it has been worn... they wouldn't re-sell it would they?

They emailed me last nite - they are sending the aubergine back to the manufacturer (I emailed them pics to show the fault) and they are going to replace it with a non-faulty aubergine, phew! I the aubergine, so I'm glad that this has worked out! It doesn't matter that it has been worn, since there is an issue with the quality inherent to the manufacturing of the bag, however, they won't re-sell it to another buyer, it will be returned to Chloe. I'm going to miss it for the few days that it is gone though, hehe!

Yes, they are...but maybe I should get a refund instead? I'm now wondering how much use I'll get from the bag But if I return it, I might regret it!

Dear Angora:
IMO, for that price and condition (if NAP give you a perfect one), it is hard to find such deal. I've been buying from nap, lvr, department stores and i feel nap gave me the best deal and bags came-in with less or no scratches... (this qc thing about chloe is still shine on me; no such worry with LVs)...
bags are now more like an accessories rather than a 'thing that holds all of your stuff', so gold is such a ALL-year round color, so I say "KEEP IT"!!!
Hope this helps....
