The seller has 18 FB, and if she's already "frustrated by questions concerning authenticity", she needs to go find something else to do besides sell on ebay. She's soon liable to have a stroke!
The photos IMHO do not scream fake, but she is definitely hiding something. Even the verbage in her auction is hostile... and does not state new, used, abused... nothing. Someone should look at the photos I have just so that IF IT IS FAKE, we can all REPORT HER and get her listing pulled! That would send her into orbit!!!

So we can not report her? What will happend if some innocent paid $1200 then get a fake one? and she only get $200 back? BTW, remember few month ago, I bought a 1st fake Chloe and Paypal took me 2 month for fighting and $70 still out of my pocket! We can report because she only have 3 photo???

We cannot report her unless have some proof that her bag is fake. There is not a rule on ebay about # of photos. I have some photos... but we need for one of the experts to look at them and see if it looks like a fake.

Ellie Mae - did you ever learn anything about this ebay seller? Obviously (I think he is "Mr. Smamo" and not "Mrs. Mamo" - LOL) he is an Italian since he calls the bags "borsas". I wonder if he has direct access to the factories or something?

You are correct, DIV... MR SMAMO... and I have never been able to get a response of any kind from him... all the feedback I see is IN ITALIAN, so I am guessing we need an interpretor. Beautiful bags, but I still wonder what the deal is w/ him covering up the barcode on the tags w/ his thumb.

I never own/ have any Betty, and I can not tell is it fake or not because I am not a expert, after click to view the larger photo, I see the Chloe "round tag" and the Nordstrom's bar code and the authenticate card with hologram. I though it is new season, so they came with this card. But i felt something not right, and I had called Peggy to veryfied it. Do you know what she said??? Guesssssssss...

So there are have a winner for $812. LOL. We can not report it because it ended. I have sent an email to winner to let her/him know about it! But I still want to report it !

So watch out "islodit" agency on Ebay!

I would never buy anything from isoldit. There's a very long thread on the ebay forum that is worth a read.
Paypal wants the fake chanel??????

Basically, paypal can request that SNAD items are returned to another location, not the original seller. Paypal sell the SNAD items to try and recup the money they refunded. The goods are sent to Liquidity Services, which then provides bulk lots of items for people to sell on ebay. isoldit buys these items and then resells them on ebay (Paypal wants the fake chanel??????)
It doesn't mean that all items that paypal sell on are fakes, it just means that there is a very very high chance of it. The thread is worth a read, it is interesting, but scary!

I just skimmed through that thread, and that is super scary and disturbing! WTH are they doing??!!! Especially in light of the lawsuits that ebay has lost. Thanks for sharing that!!!

I think "halzer" bought her baby ink paddy from this site and I think she was pretty happy with the bag, I was asking her about it cause there was a bag I was interested in.
My boyfriend is italian, so I could ask him to look at the feedback if anyone is really interested?
