that's actually my bag in the first pic and it Prune (in natural light) -- the color is VERY accurate -- I think the second one is a little more purple

ETA: I'm late to the game!! I see that the color confusion has been cleared up -- both tag's & my Helos are Prune, but it's just the lighting that makes it look different --

that's natural distressing of the leather -- my first Heloise (the one that was defective) looked like that & I LOVED it!! It was so soft & squishy -- the Heloise bags are made from distressed lambs leather, and some of the bags are more distressed than others -- there was one Helo at Nordstroms that was extremely smooth with little to no distressing & I didn't like it at all

Well I just got off the phone with Ashley at the Las Vegas store and the Quilted Bay is on sale!! However, the black ones are not. The price before the sale is $1780. She has the white & the purple one, however she is checking for a Mocha one for me!! I will find out more info when she calls me back.

I haven't seen the Heloise in ivory either - it is beautiful! The forces keep pulling me in but I'm still resisting. These sales are like cryptonite!
