I think sellers have to be very careful and stick to eBay's rules. i know it is tempting sometimes to do someone a favour and send bag to their work address etc, but ebay sellers should be very careful and always only ship to a confirmed address and always get a signature confirmation, even if it costs you a bit extra.
Remember eBay will only support you if transaction has gone through them and if you have proof of delivery to a confirmed address and a signature ( if item is above a certain price).
I have got bags so many times with just delivery confirmation, that are left outside my door and If one of those went missing( nothing has yet) and I had complained to eBay that I never got the item, they would probably side with me. You really have to be very careful nowadays with the scammers out there.

You don't need to insure the bag because I will insure the bag to the escrow company at the real value of $2,200 so you don't need to insure the bag anymore.

I am so sorry, I can not ship to Spain. I just checked with Paypal, Paypal told me "if something happened, Paypal won't protect me at all as I would take all the risk if something not lucky happend to me or to the package." So I am sorry again for this. I CAN NOT SHIP TO SPAIN. Tks for consider all my bag. Good luck

I've stopped selling on eBay, too much craziness going on! Thank you for this warning though, I hope no-one falls for it.
