Bargain - Chloe Chain Betty

I was in Sacoche in Bahrain yesterday and I mentioned to the sales lady that it was a shame the Betty isn't made anymore. She promptly pulled out three chain Bettys from her stockroom, all at sales prices. Just 200 Bahraini Dinars each, which converts to US$530 - isn't that a bargain?!!! There was a cream, fox color and an extremely dark brown. If anyone's interested, get in touch with Sacoche and ask about the Bettys hidden away in their stockroom.

As far as non-sale stuff goes, they had a gorgeous blue python Heloise in small and large size. I was drooling.

I tried on a tote which I thought the sales lady mentioned was a Cindy (?), but it was soooooo heavy. I've never ever tried on a bag with such a weight when empty. Unbelievable.

OMG that's a great deal! THe chain betty is one of my favourite bags and it's not too heavy! I regret selling mine in black a while back

Today is the start of the Eid holiday in the Middle East (end of Ramadan holiday). I'll be heading over to Bahrain on Thursday and will check in on Sacoche and check out their contacts details too.

I'll see if they've got any chain Betty's left. Any other info required?

I looked up the Chloe website to see the boutiques listed, one for Australia was listed as Brisbane. So i called, turns out its actually the Brisbane dept store that stocks Chloe, same store as Melbourne & Sydney. I might as well go into city store & ask them what stock they have which isnt on the shelves. Should have thought of this before. Oh and for the AU girls its David Jones of course.

The Chloe store in Brisbane isn't that great to be honest, although they have a bigger range - you could get it at any David Jones store like you said. They do have a much much larger collection then DJs in Melbourne though. Last time I was in Melbourne they only had a few chloe bags, not much eye candy at all

Okay, I'm just back from Bahrain. I nipped into Sacoche and their phone number is Bahrain 17580570. They were reluctant to give out their e-mail address, but said they'd take mine and would let me know when there are any special offers, so I agreed. If they send me any notifications, I'll post on the Chloe forum and let you all know.

As far as the Bettys go.... all of them have sold

. Mind you, for $530 each, it's hardly surprising, they must have been snapped up really quickly. Sorry girls, we have to keep on looking!
