Although I would need to see the heatstamps on the zipper fobs outside close up and the date code tag I am inclined to say this one is fake. Have you paid it already? Try to get those pics first and post them here. If it is fake we will find a way to get you out of this purchase. If you have paid already try post pics once you've received the bag. Sorry, but this bag doesn't convince me!

If you are not willing to offer a refund than apologies but I will have to file a dispute through Paypal as that's how I purchased the item and I am confident that I will be successful in getting the refund. I acknowledge that the side seam is undone but there are some other flaws which weren't described in your listing -scratches on h/ware. Pls let me know how how u want to proceed.

She has just responded with this;

How can I go about telling her I only want a full refund? What actions should I take at this point? Thanks for your advice so far.

Tell her/him that you don't want to keep the bag as you found out it is fake. The seller probably thought you wanted a partial refund as you were commenting on other flaws of the bag, which is not the point. No matter what condition the bag is in, you don't want it, as it is fake, right? So he/she only has two options, either give you a full refund and you send him/her back the bag, or you will go through the Paypal dispute, which willl mean he/she has to refund the full amount you paid AND the bag will be destroyed, as that is what Paypal asks for, that you destroy the bag and send a proof that the bag has been destroyed. The reason for that is that fakes are illegal, so they want to make sure the seller cannot go on and resell it.

Looks Ok so far, but the leather looks a bit stiff. In order to authenticate you would need to ask the seller for pics of the metal plate, hasp, buckle and key engraving, also the date code tag and the info on the round paper tag.
