tolliv - Hi there - this one looks fine from the photos provided. Serial/date tag and inner zipper pull would have been good and also inner heatstamp - but IMO this looks fine even given those details aren't shown.

Hi Lescoy- sorry to confuse you! The large Betty has ended and I didn't bid - the additional photos are from the medium Betty that I listed for authentication first - the seller sent me the additional photos and I am happy that you think they look ok. The listing ends this afternoon so I feel confident to put in a bid now!
many many thanks for everyone's help on here - v much appreciated!

malanpp - Hi there - need further photos. Close up of the outer and the inner heatstamp - its a little blurred on these images. Also the serial/date tag inside the bag. The inner zipper pull to check the engraving. Any care cards, tags and dustbag which are available. Hopefully the seller will oblige.

jalee6 - Hi there - just checked the album. This is an Aubergine - but the tag doesn't belong to this bag - as its for an Ecureil - which is Whiskey - so you have an anomally straight away. I'd like to see the inner heatstamp, taken straight on and not angled and also the serial/date tag inside the bag. I'd also like a straight on shot of the main plate - to see that engraving, side buckles clearly for engraving. This bag has a stud through into the inner pocket - which means its a store Non-Return - but nevertheless, we do need to see the details I've mentioned. The tag - is clearly from another bag - could have been mixed in store - as this bag is almost certainly from Rack, or Off Fifth or Last Call- I think Rack sometimes use the stud for Non-Returns. Hopefully you can add these photos for us.

Thank you so much. The seller said she would send me extra photos of the zip and the serial number tag. I'll post them as soon as I get them. Thanks.

Thanks. I just asked the seller for more photos. This bag doesn't not have an inner zipped pocket. She said on the metal zipper outside there is the "Chloe" logo embossed and no marking on the back side. The Silverado I bought from Neiman Marcus has "riri M4" logo on the back side of the zipper. Is this a sign of a knock-off? She will send me photos of the zipper and the serial number tag. Thanks.

mere girl - Hi there - the angle of the photos isn't really ideal - they aren't straight on - and so its making it more difficult to assess the detailing. The engraving on the hardware - the fastener - it looks quite chubby - but I think the photo has been resized so that does distort the view. The engraving on the zipper pull - its not clear because of the angle - if it were straight on - it would be much easier. The leather looks a little odd IMO - and right now - I'm not totally happy to authenticate based on these photos.

As an aside - the seller recently sold a Mulberry holdall (vintage) and it does - IMO - look ok, although again the photos aren't the best.

Not sure if you would be able to get additional photos at this point - but if you can - it would be useful.

malanpp - Hi - the zipper - not all zippers are marked - so that in itself isn't an issue. I do want to see teh 'Chloe' engraving - thats the important part. Just post the photos when you receive them - we'll be happy to check.

Hello. A general question for authenticity here. Should all zips on a real Chloe bag have logo from the zip manufacturer, such as "riri" or "YKK", embossed on the back side? Could you ladies check your bags and let me know? I know mine do. Thanks.
