anasong9 - Hi there - just checked the listing. This one looks ok from the photos provided. I would like ideally to see the 'Chloe' heatstamp inside the bag and also the inner zipper pull as a double check. I did notice this is a US only listing - and bearing that in mind - I'm not sure if you will want to request the additional photos - as - as mentioned - buying from non-EU countries may involve you in Customs/Duties/Taxes on receipt.

Also - the Regular Edith - will not fit on your shoulder - so if you do want something which you can hand-carry and shoulder carry - then a regular Edith satchel won't fit the bill - the large one does - but they are harder to find.

Hi Regarding the chloe mousse/verd gris that was posted. She has been removed however the seller has sent a couple more photos, this morning (i have asked her why it is removed). Are you able to get any more info from these just in case? I will include the previous pics from the old thread below. Thanks.

FrankieP - Hi there - just checked the listing. Looks like a Tekla IMO. Can't actually see the detailing on these photos. Would like to see the 'Chloe' heatstamp inside the bag, the serial/date tag inside the bag. Also the zipper pulls - inner and outer. It could be ok - but would prefer to see more of it to be definitive. The Tekla - made of lamb leather - and it is quite thin leather from all accounts. I know some girls had a problem with the leather ripping or scratching easily. Also - the handles - they have come 'astray' and I do recall one of our members who actually repaired hers and re-inforced them. I imagine it will be in the Thread -

The two photos - serial/date tag could be ok - I really wanted to see the engraving on the side buckles - and she has taken the buckle - but the engraving really isn't showing - as its on the side of the photo

RascalCat - this is running so slowly - its driving me Had a look at the previous photos. I can't really make the engraving out on the plate - ok I see it - but to check it - you need straight on and not angled - and more so because of the silvertone hardware. I would like to see the engraving on the side buckles - The bag could be ok - I think its Mousse - but its difficult to be certain because of the lighting in the photos. RascalCat - now the comment re Chloe - well I imagine that most 'Houses' don't really want their items listed on EBay - basically due to the high number of fakes which have been there previously - and the fact that EBay have only really now started to purge. Its NOT Chloe who are removing her bag - it is EBay. Therefore - they have either received a report that the bag is fake (some people do it for the hell of it) OR she has used wording they don't like, hasn't covered herself - i.e., stated she isn't affiliated in any way with Chloe etc., put a note to VeRO blah blah. Bottomline - Chloe don't remove the bags, nor do any of the other design houses - its pure and simply EBay

TBH if EBay had policed the fakes more closely previously, then perhaps the authentic bags would stay on - but its got to the situation - to an extent - that they really don't know what is real and what is fake - which is a shame - as its affecting the honest and bona fide sellers.

To buy privately would be definitely a bad idea - the other option would be that if she could relist - she can set the listing up so that you can do a BIN at an agreed price - Its been done previously - but at least that way you have protection - outwith EBay - its 'no mans land' - although some would say - its not much better within
