emmat1707 - Hi - can you take a photo of the entire bag - but so I'm kind of able to see the side buckles - so almost from the front but slightly looking down IKWIM? If I were looking at the bag from the front - and seeing the 'c' buckles on the side - is the engraving 'Chloe' on the top of both of the buckles - i.e., if I look at it can I see it (its not on the bottom of one of them?)

Can you confirm - as its not clear on my screen - looking down onto the paddy from above - with the padlock at the front of the bag looking at it - the engraving on the 'c' buckles - is it visible on both sides, i.e., right and left (or is it only visible on the one and not the other?)

Its only visable on one side and not the other?
