Authenticate This Chloe - Page 2279

Hello:) I am here for the first time and believe you may help me a lot. I live in Poland and unfortunately can't touch and see an authentic Chloe bag. Although I have spent hours on trying to figure out if a bag I found is authentic, I am still not sure. It is an Edith Satchel Bag, it comes in Dark Whisky. Here I found a bag which is the most similar in color to the one I want to buy: http://www.bergdorfgoodman.com/store...70001cat233000
Anyway, the bag I want to get is an internet auction unfortunately. The girl who sells it claims it is original and she even gave a lot of pictures. She said it was bought in Nordstrom, comes with tags, dustbag, authenticity card (3 languages). The price is close to 700$ which is possible on Neiman Marcus sales I guess. Please, help me with that problem. I am sorry for mistakes of any kind I have made. Best regards, Magda

Hi, this looks actually quite good, but I would like to see more: metal plate engraving, buckle and key engraving, heatstamp inside the bag, keyhole placement of the padlock, inside of handles! Is the bag yours or is it an auction? Then a link to the auction would also help!

I'm sorry, I'm no Edith expert, but I'm not sure with this bag... I would ask for additional pics of the zipper pull inside, also of the heatstamp on the flap outside... to me the whole bag looks off, but it's better if an Edith expert could comment on this one!

Authenicate this silverado bag..
I think its quite old and manipulated..(the strap been cut)
More than that I d like to know whether it is real..

Looks good to me, please do wait for at least one more opinion, just get a pic of the underside of the padlock to be sure!!

I first posted this on the general authenticate this thread, but discovered a specific authenticate this chloe thread so I'm posting it here.

Please authenticate this used Chloe bag listed on eBay. Here is the link:

I requested additional photos, which the seller e-mailed. In her e-mail she states the bag is guaranteed authentic and she only purchases from authorized retailers (Saks, Niemans, etc.). I've asked for a photo of the date code stamp and interior.

I don't even know the name of this bag, but my friend has a whiskey paddy that I've been lusting for, so I thought I'd get a chloe of my own. . .

Looks ok so far, but would need to see the datecode and the heastamp on the inside of the bag, the bag is an ascot!! Post pics back someone will be happy to help!!
