Both of the 'silver' paddingtons look good IMO They are not, in fact, the same bag. The first one is an 06 Argent and the second is and 07 and seller is stating it as OR (I'd need to see the other side of the circular tag to confirm that). Argent has been produced a few times and it does differ each time its produced. It also differs slightly in colour between different styles of bag. So in essence, both of these paddingtons for me look good Would depend which finish you prefer.

The bronze one - need further photos - 'Chloe' heatstamp inside the bag, the serial/date tag inside the bag, the underside of the padlock. I'd also like to see another photo of the side buckles to check the engraving - and the photos taken in good light - they are a little dark to see much IMO - especially condition of the bag - as the listing does state there is some wear.

Hi Lescoy, thanks for the wealth of info on the Argent! Didn't know it came in all these different colors and styles. I can't decide which finish I like best, but I think I'll wait a little first and see if I can find a Used one. The price is kind of high for a Baby Paddington...

Hi i bought this bag from eBay that when arrived was blatantly fake, paypal wil nto refund me until i get someone to authenticate it for me, obviously chloe wouldnt do that so i paid my poupette.com $75 for a fast track 2day response they are apparently scammers too and so i am going ot end up losing a lot of money if i dont get this sorted, can anyone email paypal for me if i send youthe pics??x

A member recommended caroldiva.com instead of mypoupette, says they are less expensive, I don't know them myself, but maybe they can help? I could email Paypal, but I'm not sure if they would accept it? Maybe you should try to find out first...
But you can in any case post pics here and have more than one person look at your bag and get their opinion.. is it really such a blatant fake?

This one was posted before, but the pics are so blurry, you would actually need a whole new set (metal plate, heatstamp, bottom of bag, date code tag, buckle, key, padlock front, hangtag reverse, dustbag), it would be worth asking for more, the bag does have potential, but I'm not sure if the seller is able to take better pics... please do ask and hopefully the seller can provide better ones (I think sellers should be able to do that as pics are all you rely on when deciding whether to bid or not!)
The bag looks more like tan than whiskey to me, though!

lexila - Hi there - I'm sorry you have had a problem. I have heard the www.mypoupette.com are not very fast with their authentications - and I would advise that you contact them immediately and ask that they respond to your payment and request for authentication or otherwise. This is shoddy service - and can't really be tolerated. As far as I'm aware PayPal/eBay will only accept written confirmation from MyPoupette - although www.caroldiva.com can also help. However, if you have paid for a service you expect to receive it. I don't think that they will accept any written evidence from the Purse Forum - as we aren't actually professional authenticators - although of course by the sounds of it - neither are MyPoupette (professional i.e., actually responding).

I'm happy to check the bag for you - you can post photos here to gauge opinion from several members. If you want to email - then you can -
