It looks good to me, I would have liked to see the inside of handles, the reverse of the hangtag close up and the keyhole placement of the padlock, just to double check!

Hi, to me the padlock looks OK, I think in the description, where it states the main colour is "silver" it refers to the metal colour... and TBH I think the pics in the listing do show that the leather on this one is darker, so I think it would be hard to ask fro a refund on the grounds of that. If the lock is faulty though, then that would be a good starting point!

Lescoy - thanks for your response the other day. I checked the current auctions on eBay for Chloe Bay leather patent bag. It seems only a few made it over $500, which is a lot less than what I paid though the item was on sale. :(

mar1an1 - Hi there - just had a look. This could be ok - but I'd like to see the 'Chloe' heatstamp inside the bag taken straight on and not angled. Also the inner zipper pull. I'd also like to see a photo of the serial/date tag - again straight on and I'd actually like to see where the tag is attached. The heatstamp inside the bag looks very deep - but it could be due to the angle of the photo.

I'd advise - if you are looking for an Edith - to check eBay - there are authentic items there - and also - you could check consigners like www.annsfabulousfinds.com

I've checked on this again - as IMO the serial/date tag is attached incorrectly - and that being the case - then this has to be fake

Hi, I'm no Edith expert, but TBH from the pics provided it is difficult to say anything! I would have advised pics of the zipper pull inside and outside close up, the heatstamp inside close up and straight on, heatstamp on flap outside, the reverse of the round hangtag and the dustbag close up!
Listing has ended anyway, but did you buy the bag? If yes try to get those pics before paying!

Hi, even though I'm not an Edith expert, I think that this one looks quite promising! I would still ask for pics of the inner and outer zipper pull, the dustbag font close up and if possible, any hangtag info. Please wait for an Edith expert to comment though!
You could ask the seller for her PF id and then PM her on the forum, to check if it is really her!

Thsi looks good, but I would like to see the heatstamp inside straight on! Did you get any paperwork or dustbag with it? Also, is the heatstamp saying 01-06-xx or 01-08-xx? If it is 08, I would expect a holograph sticker on the reverse...
About the price I cannot comment, it always depends on how much you love the bag and want it... what did you pay, if I may ask?

Could you post a photo of the serial/date tag inside the bag and also a straight on close up of the plate, and heatstamp on the padlock - just as a double check.
