pounkaz - Hi there - just checked the listing - this has been posted previously. The bag isn't a Fall 2008 item its a 2007 bag. Now I advised further photos - specifically the underside of the padlock to check keyhole placement, also the reverse of the circular hangtag - seller is showing one part, but would like to see the other part where the barcoding/colour information is shown. Also a photo of the 'Chloe' heatstamp inside the bag, and the hardware (buckles) to check engraving.

gagaforgucci - Hi there - just had a look at the photos - TBH I'm not seeing enough right now - I mean there are only 3 photos and the detailing which I'd like to see isn't really there. I'd like to see the inner heatstamp, the serial/date tag to tie it in with the hangtag etc. Right now I can't really be definitive on this.

Audrey85 - Hi there just checked the listings.

The first one - not convinced on this - but further photos would help. Close up of the 'Chloe' heatstamp inside the bag, the serial/date tag inside the bag, the heatstamp on the padlock. The reverse of the padlock and the underside of the padlock to check keyhole placement. Also hardware (buckles). The reverse of the circular hangtag showing barcoding/colour information and to tie up with the serial/date tag.

The second one - fake.

gagaforgucci - the blanc paddy which Audrey85 posted - is fake - but there is IMO more than one bag shown in the listing photos. Some of the handles we see - we do see an inner 'stuffing' but its not a 'ball' - i.e., its leather covered - this itself is ok - its particularly noticeable IMO on the Blue Jeans moyen bags. However, it should in effect look - when you look into the handles - like a 'teardrop' effect - and thats what we are looking for. There are exceptions - and so we need to remember that although we may see a stuffing to an extent - it may not necessarily be fake. The obvious ones are the 'balls' which we see on a lot of fakes - but there are other ones which are in fact OK. Its another one of the Chloe inconsistencies - and TBH they don't help when authenticating. We just need to look at everything - the obvious 'balls' we dismiss - the others we can look at - and then determine.

Also photo of the handles themselves. A photo of the whole bag. The second one - looks ok, but would advise further photos. I'd like to see the 'Chloe' heatstamp inside the bag - but taken straight on not angled, also the underside of the padlock to check keyhole placement and the front of the padlock showing the 'Chloe' heatstamp. Its pretty stiff looking - but some of the 07 bags have been that way - and so I'm not overly concerned on that. Hopefully the seller will oblige with further photos - and please post back - someone will be happy to help.

Ella1215 - Hi there - I've just checked the listing - I don't like the look of this Bay - the heatstamps on the zippered fobs look very deep. It just doesn't look right overall IMO - and the seller has an Edith listed which IMO is fake. I notice someone asked if her bags are authentic - and she says yes they all have the tag blah blah - however, so do the fakes unfortunately - and the tag isn't a guarantee of authenticity - nor is it specific to one bag in any case. If you wanted to ask for further photos then you could ask for the serial/date tag inside the bag, the 'Chloe' heatstamp inside the bag, close up of the oval disc on front of the bag and the reverse of the hangtags showing the barcoding/colour information. That way at least we'd have seen all the detailing - but right now I'm certainly not convinced on its authenticity.
