By the way, I saw your edith scare story.... that should only be told on a halloween night! I am glad everything is ok.

I agree, that if the brown is a fake, it is a very good fake; which, of course, is, unfortunately, possible. The lock looks correctly shaped and the stitches on the leather on the lock are at an upward angle (fake Paddys often have straight stitching, which only seems to appear on genuine metallic leather examples). The leather circles aren't too big and most of the fonts look right. The only two things that I might take slight issue with are the slightly too unslouchy look of the leather and the font on the lock, which looks a little wide (each letter looks too fat!). But this could be because the bag has been slightly stuffed and the embossing has been incorrectly carried out (at a slight angle). If I had to bet my house on it, I would say genuine, but I'm still not 100% certain. Sorry we couldn't give you a definitive answer, bluxcape. |

Definitely fake, sorry welovelouie. The leather is not slouchy enough, the leather circles around/under the studs are too large, the keyhole is upsidedown and the dust bag looks like it's made out of some sort of plush material (which is incorrect). Please avoid!!!

I agree with Roey, definitely fake!!! Chloe zippers and pulls are by YKK; as far as I know, without exception. Both zip pulls should be YKK 'Doughnuts', but these are cheap copies and are too triangular. The authentic dustbag has just one thick layer and is soft and felt-like on the outside; although, the fabric feels quite rough on the inside and I always have to wrap my fabric/fabric appliqued bags in tissue, before I put them in the dustbag, to avoid pulls/pilling! I really feel that BlueFly have been making far too many obvious mistakes, lately and I am definitely starting to think that they should be removed from the authentic selling websites list.

Not A Chloe expert, but it looks good to me. Ask for more detailed pics of the leather, the bottom of the bag, the lock, keys, handles, zippers as well as the inside. |

Hi macp6! We definitely need to see those extra pics, including close ups of all logos, main details and the lining. As there is not a lot to go on. In order to attach pics: 1. As you are posting, scroll down and click on the 'Manage Attachments' button, under 'Additional Options'. A window should appear. 2. Click the top 'Browse' button. Another window should appear. 3. Choose the file in which you stored the pics and then browse through it to find one. 4. Repeat this process for each pic (using the next 'Browse' button down, each time) and then click the 'Upload' button. Hope this helps!
