The bag is definitely fake! Now its no surprise the seller is denying its fake. For a start you shouldn't even be listing them for sale. My advice - go back to the seller, and tell him/her that the bag is unquestionably fake. You have no intention of paying for a fake bag, and that you are quite happy to report this to
