The bag is definitely fake! Now its no surprise the seller is denying its fake. For a start you shouldn't even be listing them for sale. My advice - go back to the seller, and tell him/her that the bag is unquestionably fake. You have no intention of paying for a fake bag, and that you are quite happy to report this to EBay and raise a dispute. The seller may back down, or he may continue. However - under no circumstances pay for this bag. The seller can leave you NPB feedback, but you will win any dispute with EBay and the feedback can be removed by them (I'm sure). Make sure you keep all of your correspondence with the seller - you will need that for EBay should you raise the dispute etc. Don't, whatever you do, be railroaded by this seller - into paying for the item. Its fake, and there is no doubting it. Please come back to us if you are concerned or need any help.

I've had a look at the listing. I'd advise asking for more photos - I'd like to see the 'chloe' heatstamp inside the bag, and also a close up of the one on the padlock. The serial tag inside the bag would be good, and also the reverse of the hangtag in close up so we can tie up. I'm a little confused - the seller is saying she bought the bag in October 2006 from a reputable EBay seller, and she has a link to feedback at hgbags. Now I have checked the sellers feedback, and can't see anything in October 2006 either from or left for hgbags. So I'm confused on that one. However, I'd suggest you ask for further photos - and also of course do wait for more opinion.
