Authenticate This Chloe

Would be great to see the hangtags on both of these, the heatstamp on the 1st purse, even though it is faraway looks off and the 2nd doesn't have a pic of the heatstamp on the inside of the purse!! If you can get more pics post them back!!

Hi there - I really don't know the wallets - but I'd like to see the reverse of the hangtags on both of these wallets. The Silver one - the heatstamp looks deep from the photo - the gold one - again, this is an Edith style wallet and the heatstamp looks a little odd. I'd advise asking for photos of the reverse of these hangtags, just so we can see as much as possible.

Hi there - just checked the link. Well, I've never actually seen a Kerala IRL - so I'd definitely advise you asking for more photos. 'Chloe' heatstamp inside the bag, the serial tag, the zipper pulls both inside and outside of the bag, the hardware (horseshoe etc), dustbag, also I can't see a hangtag - care card and NM receipt, but you could ask if there is a hangtag - would have been good to have seen that. Hopefully the seller will provide more photos - there really isn't enough to go on right now.

Hi there - welcome to the forum!!

This seller is an MPRS - not sure if they are tPFers or not. Anyway - the photos look good IMO. I would have liked to have seen the 'Chloe' heatstamp inside the bag more straight on - its at a slight angle, but it seems ok. The serial tag isn't shown - again, would have liked that you could ask the seller for that, although they may not want to post it, but could perhaps email. Just saying that - as they are a seller who posts lots of photos - and may think they have given enough. The leather etc., looks fine. I'd say that this looks ok - I'd also advise of course waiting for more opinion.

The Balenciaga - you actually need to post this in the Balenciaga Authenticate section. However, I've had a look at the bag, and it looks ok, the photos are showing a lot, silver plate, but I'd say it would probably be an idea to ask for a photo of the reverse of that silver plate - on the leather behind there should be a number from memory. Also - it would be good to have a photo of the 'bales' i.e., the parts of the long strap which attach to the main bag. Again, please DO post this Balenciaga in the Authenticate this Balenciaga section - the experts there will be able to give you their opinion.

Can anyone tell me if these two ediths are authentic??? im loving the rouge edith but worry if it goes with a lot of things! the mastic is a neutral colour and i love the contrasting colour of the stitching!

^Hi. This seller berkleysky has previously sold MJs which were authenticated by the MJ girls as genuine.

I was comparing her Ediths to mine and these appear real. But please wait for the Edith experts' opinions as they are way better than I am in spotting any inconsistencies.

The seller may have purchased these from the recent NMLC $510 Edith sale. Hope you get an Edith at a decent price. Happy shopping!

Hi there - just checked the listings -

The first one - the rouge Edith - I think we have seen items from this seller previously. There aren't lots of photos, but nothing screams fake. The 'Chloe' heatstamps appear quite deep, but we have seen this on some of the Edith bags, and may be due to the leather. I'd have liked to have seen the serial tag, to match it up with the reverse of the hangtag which is shown.

The second one - the mastic Edith- again I'd have preferred to have seen the 'Chloe' heatstamp on the small flap closely and not cut off. Also, again the serial tag, and the reverse of the hangtags which are clearly attached to the bag. Another member has previously asked this seller for more photos - and the seller wasn't able to provide them (no camera or something). The bag isn't screaming fake - I just like to see as much as possible.

In terms of colour - the rouge actually will tone in with most things really - its not a bright red, so would certainly be quite useful. The mastic of course is neutral and will go with virtually everything. It really depends on which colours you wear and also which you really prefer.
