Waiting is sometimes the best thing to do. I recently bought a very expensive non bag item and guess what? My jeans moyen paddy, the colour that has been haunting me at night, shows up at diabro with a hefty discount! So if your heart isn't all set for an ava, it's probably best not to get it .

Also, I used to love the ava, but once you see the somewhat, ahem, 'phallic' element of the bag (someone else pointed it out)... well... you can't undo the sight from your mind. Lol sorry to potentially ruin the bag for you.

haha i sort of thought that already! but now that you mention it, it seems the idea is quite widespread! i would love to buy a bay, but i've spent so much money on bags lately (2 chanel flap bags!) i promised myself that i wouldn't buy something unless it's a deal i cannot refuse

Lol i've always been really really scared that if I take an ava out, someone will look at it and go 'oh what a nice- WOAH... WHAT IS THAT'... and sort of stare without realising.

Hi - I've just checked the link - this is fake Serial tag is showing an 05 bag - the Bay wasn't made in 2005.

There are a lot of signs of a fake - leather, heatstamp and the oval disc are common. Also the serial tag, but also the hangtag. Thats why you really need to see more rather than less.

You would think so. I'd advise asking for more photos. Can't see details. Close up of the 'Chloe' heatstamp inside the bag, the oval disc on the front, the serial tag, the zipper fobs etc., it does say new with tags - so the hangtag and reverse of same too. Not enough to go on - and asking for more photos will let you know that they hey the bag.

That Ava bag - I showed it to my friend and that was her first impression too! That combined with not loving it 100% has deterred me from buying although that was a great offer
