A Place for the Fakes

hi
i wounder if you can look at this bag, i bought it on ebay, i paid £599 for it. before buying it i researched everywhere and found the same bag on on net-a-porter

when i got the bag i compaired to the one on the website it was identical.
i just wanted to be 1000% sure it was authentic.
i believed it was til i contacted the seller yesterday to see if she still had the circular tag and she basically freaked out saying can i not see a bargin.
this raised some slight doubts in my head.
it came with a reciept. care card and dustbag.
please let me know what you think.
i read a thread on here and it fits in with it perfectly,
the leather is slouchy
the padlock is not shinny its like a worn look
the handles dont have that ball of leather stuffed up the handles
the padlock is the right way round
it comes in a colour that exists
the zips are silver
branding is not deep
has 10diget serial number thats new for the last 6months
dark chocolate lining.

i just wanted to be completely sure as i recently bought a replica one and it was as good as this bag! ill post some pictures of these and youl see what i mean, will attach some more pictures.N.B the pics are taken with my phone it hasnt captured the colour very well!

right now my fake one, notice the padlock is slightly shinny!

although the this one has slight shinny metal ware the leather was so soft and smelt lovely!

That all looks fine to me. Is it aubergine? The receipt looks similar to mine too.

yes and what a lovely colour i must add, great because ive seen so many different reciepts i dont know wahts what. i know people are selling fake reciepts. thankyou

The leather is way too stiff, padlock is too shiny and the handles are just wrong.

Look at some pictures of an authentic Paddy next to these pictures. You'll see how this leather looks like plastic and how the shape is all wrong and the lock is super shiny. I cannot believe someone bought this for $900!!! You can buy a beautiful used one for that!!! How sad... I feel so bad for them.
