It's free with all Windows. Go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint. Open up your picture, click on the "A" button on the left toolbar, and then write your name. To make it transparent (so that you don't have a white box around your name), click on the button at the bottom of the toolbar on the left (the one with the colour shapes). Easy! Hope that helps. I think I've seen white in the 07 range...or was it blanc? 
Not at all like the richer blanc color.
I remembered someone said Sable has a slightly more pinkish tone than Craie though
