It looks like MASTIC, maybe. And mastic is a light tan/beige/off-white. I have one, will try to get you some better photos later. Looks LIGHT until you put it up against something white, and it looks different shades in different lighting.

Hi there - I have an 05 Paddy with tags that say beige as well.

Ran a query a while back and came to my own conclusion that it was probably vanilla.

Photos of a lot of the lighter color bags can be very hard to determine from - but going by the color descriptions - vanilla is a very off white with almost buttery yellow undertones.

And my bag is very much like the one you have pictured.
