Hi Wollny

Your English is excellent, much better than my German. It is true that if you don't use it you lose it! Hope that makes sense to you. My brain really struggles these days to remember my German. My understanding though, is still very much there.

My daughter, has a German Law Diploma, gained in her 3rd Year at Law School. Whilst there, she met her partner, also studying at the same place, but Accountancy. He is a German speaking Italian. We have fun with him about that, saying random words in different languages :)

My daughter learned her Italian whilst in Germany, which she said was easier, but a dear friend of mine (German) has tried several times to learn Italian, and has said it is virtually impossible for them to learn Italian. Excuse maybe??

Hi there! I recently purchased a paddington off eBay - i think it's authentic but still have a bit of doubt!:( Mine is black but it looks just like the one on the right in your pics so I'm hoping that's the authentic one.... am I right?

I posted this question on the authenticate this Chloe subforum and was redirected here. What about the hardware on the side of the paddington? Is the Chloe stamp supposed to be upright or on the side, or does it vary? I got two bags from Overstock and am so worried about them that I will be returning them today. Still, would like to see photos regarding the side views of the bags to see what it should look like.
Thanks for your help!

Because both of the C Buckles face with the open part towards the back of the bag. The chloe stamp is on the top of the left hand one, and on the bottom of the right hand side one.

Hope this helps.

Yes, that is very helpful. I think I sent back an authentic bag. Still, I had bought two and the other one was definitely fake, so it helps my peace of mind anyway!
