I also haven't sprayed any of my bags with anything and they've held up pretty well. I haven't taken Edith out though but I figured, if the Silverado hobo can take on the Bay Area rain (I put her in a plastic bag during heavy downpour though), I'm sure Edith can too.

^^Really? Several people with the whiskey Edith have already posted about watermarks - or waterstains on their Edith. That's what made me think I should take preventative measures!

My Edith was rained on too, and she's absolutely fine! I think the quality of water that drops on her matters. In that whether it's something that ran off of something and collected debris or minerals, or just fell right out of the sky. I would have a hard time telling anyone that the air here is any better than anywhere else.

I know - I don't even eat meat! If everyone was like me, there would be no leather, because nobody would be prepared to kill an animal just for its skin! I only get to carry leather bags, because other people haven't stopped eating meat yet! |

He's only a PHH because whenever I get a huge order of purse's in he's totally confused about how one woman needs so many bags. He IS into quality though - so in that way he's a PLH (purse lovin' husband)

^^See - I buy the bag first bring it to the house and work in it then I ask the PLH what he thinks.
If I were to show him a photo and ask him cold he'd always say the same thing: "it's okay" hehe |
