Edith Lover Club!!!

Some of the other handbag subforums have posted threads where members can show photos of a certain handbag model they cherish. Since I love seeing other member's Ediths I would like to start an
Edith Lover Club!

The Edith comes in so may different colors, textures and shapes I think it would be great for members to be able to admire the Ediths all in one thread!

Come on, don't be shy! I'll begin first. Attached is a photo of my beloved whiskey Edith. Never shall I entertain, even for a moment, of parting with her again!

Here is my Edith but it is not the greatest pic. The color is much better in real life and takes on different tones under different lighting.

Oh please tell your Edith stories! - when did you get her, where did you get her, how long did you have to wait, how did you decide on color (or couldn't and got two). How did you feel the first time you saw the Edith style in a photo and how was it compared to the real thing...

I think everyone has seen all my photo's before, but in any case here they are again. I got my Whiskey Edith first - I also ordered the Chocolate, but was told that my order didn't go through - 5 weeks later guess what showed up at my door. Although whiskey was my first choice the chocolate was too beautiful to let go.

Moonindigo, your turqouis is beautiful!!! It is such a unique color. Balenciaga, maybe your grey will see more action in the winter? I can totally picture it with blacks/whites. Yum! Tod, you already know that I think your whiskey is perfect!!! It's backside has so m any wrinkles (this is probably the only time I'd say that out loud to a woman...lol). Roey, everytime someone asks me about Chamois I point them to you because your photo shows the true color - very warm, buttery and rich. Your chamois has the most scrumples I've seen yet! Beaux, how did you luck out with 2 beautifully pebbled/scrumpled bags?! You know if I were to buy another Edith it would be in chocolate. Do you find yourself using one more than the other? Goldensx5, that outfit is sooooooo cute with your Edith!!! You say "possible" but have you sported it yet?

Here's my medium turquoise Edith.. I actually tried to sell her- was thinking it wasn't for me. Somehow, I'm glad it didn't sell as the longer I have it, the more I like it. Am now looking forward to carrying it. It will be the first bag I break out for fall
